Additionally contained in this latest image release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a key detailing various parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.
